Nîpisîy House residents have created a friendly, neighbourhood feel in their community. These undergraduate students live in furnished four and six-bedroom units.

Residents have tons of support and services built right into their residence. They enjoy stepping out of their doors into an active community as much as stepping back inside to relax in their own space.

Rates

Contracts include wireless internet, heat, water and power as well as the orientation program.

4-month Fall Term contracts only available to Exchange students and students graduating at the end of the Fall Term. Winter 2024 contracts available to all eligible students.
