Not feeling well? Report your symptoms to protect community health!
With hundreds of students living in a shared and social space like residence, when someone gets sick, it increases the likelihood of other people getting sick. By reporting your symptoms, medical professionals can track the health of a community and address growing concerns early to help minimize further spread.
Please go to Alberta Health Services for information on your health.
The Wellness Alert system is a series of simple questions regarding your symptoms and which building you’re in. It’s fast, easy and strictly confidential.
Data collected by the tracking system is strictly confidential and used to view the number of people unwell to ensure the community is healthy.
Wellness Alert can also send you health tips and alerts directly to your cell phone via text message. To subscribe to this service, text TIPS to 27848 (provider texting rates may apply). You can unsubscribe from this service at any time.
Wellness Alert is not intended as a tool for medical treatment. If you are concerned about your symptoms, visit the Alberta Health Services website or call Health Link (811). In case of an emergency, proceed to the nearest emergency clinic or hospital.

Students living in Lister and Peter Lougheed Hall will be asked to fill out an additional form to receive meal delivery from the dining hall to help reduce the spread of germs and so you can stay in bed and get well.
