Residence Fees

Any of these charges applied to your BearTracks account are due within 14 days of the initial charge. After this time penalties will be assessed to your account for late payment.

Operational fees

Residence Deposit	$500 (transfers as a credit to Bear Tracks)
Insufficient funds (NSF cheques)	$25
Transfer fee	$50
Improper move out fee	$85
Insufficient notice	1 month's rent
Interest charge on outstanding accounts	18% per annum
Re-rental fee	1 month's rent
Fire & Life Safety fine (tampering with fire/safety equipment, including removing/covering smoke detectors and blocking fire exits)	$500

If there are any discrepancies between the fees published on this page and the official fees, the latter shall prevail.
