*1-2 year students are placed in 4 or 2 bedroom. First year students applying to HUB should be ready for an independant experience in an unfurnished unit with NO meal plan.

| Applying: |
Apply as soon as possible; applications are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Since we require one month’s notice to vacate, offers can be sent out within a month of a requested move-in date |
| Community: |
This unique community, nearly a kilometer in length, surrounds a mall filled with shops, restaurants and services. HUB is attached directly by pedways to a library, transit station and many academic buildings. Events, programs and services all help welcome and transition students to campus life and apartment living |
