Welcome to HUB!

Approximately 850 residents live in HUB - this means that you're surrounded by opportunities to meet new people and make friends!  Among these 850 residents, we have representatives from nearly every nationality in the world.  Not only does this provide many chances to learn about different cultures, it also means that you'll get to experience some amazing new foods at community potlucks. 

In addition to being a multicultural residence, HUB houses students with a wide variety of academic backgrounds.  Everyone from first year undergraduates to after-degree students and graduate students are allowed to be residents.  This is great if you're looking for to get some extra help with your studies or to make a few extra dollars tutoring.

Residence Community Zones

Your new home can be an intimidating place due to its size (it stretches over four city blocks!) and the number of residents.  To increase your familiarity with your residence home and foster a sense of community, HUB has been divided into 10 zones based on the stairwell that you live in.

The zones are:

Namaste Zone - Stairwells 8901 - 8905
Bonjour Zone - Stairwells 8906 - 8910
Konnichi Wa Zone - Stairwells 8911 - 8915
Ni Hao Zone - Stairwells 8916 - 8921
Selam Zone - Stairwells 8922-9005
Kia Ora Zone -Stairwells 9006-9011
Guten Tag Zone - Stairwells 9012-9101
Aloha Zone - Stairwells 9102 - 9106
Jambo Zone - Stairwells 9107 - 9111
Hola Zone - Stairwells 9112 - 9204
